July 7, 1960, Bishop Blake Halley was gifted to the late Willie James and Jessie Mae Halley of

Bishopville, South Carolina. Willie James and Jessie Mae were led to the Household of Faith by

Evangelist Ernest Roberts in the early 1960s. After a couple of years, knowing with a surety, that

the former Bishop Sanders was a man of God, teaching and preaching the biblical truth, Willie

and Jessie brought their children into the movement, becoming full members of the Household

of Faith Church in Camden, South Carolina.

Young Blake Halley began his ministry in the 1980s under the direction of Dr. Emerald Glover of

Britton, Church #7, located in Sumter, South Carolina. He remained under the leadership of Dr.

Glover until the Holy Spirit led him back to his home church in Camden, South Carolina.

Minister Halley continued to serve in the movement at the Household of Faith Church #1 under

the leadership of Pastor David Williams. Years later, the Lord pressed him to seek souls in the

hedges and highways of Augusta, Georgia. Young Minister Halley soon became Pastor Halley to

the saints of the mission established in Augusta, Georgia. He remained faithful to his calling

through many trials, tribulations, and unfortunate sicknesses.

After 2005, the Household of Faith underwent difficult changes and unforeseen challenges, but

by the grace of God, the church remained on the foundation, established by Bishop E.D.

Sanders. During this period, in 2012, under the leadership of the late Bishop George W. Chambers,

Minister Halley was ordained an Elder of the Household of Faith Church. Elder Halley, amongst  leading Elders, prayed, stood strong, and worked to keep the torch of the

Household of Faith lit.

Today, he continues to walk in his calling, presiding over the Household of Faith Church, located

in Pineville, South Carolina, and has recently reopened the doors of Household of Faith Church,

located in Cheraw, South Carolina.

We honor and thank God for the journey of the Household of Faith Church! We honor God for

the men of God that he has given us. This day, December 10, 2022, Elder Blake Halley is now the General Overseer of the Household of Faith Church of the Living God! To

God be the glory for the things he has done!
